Our main activities are the delivery of a range of parenting groups/workshops, young peoples workshops, one to one parent coaching and professional parent programme training. We support parents, young people and professionals on all aspects of parenting i.e. ADHD, self-harm, tantrums, positive discipline, managing the teenager years and separation issues.
