A recent strength & conditioning session with Coen working on improving the technical performance of a range of exercises. He is seeing improvements in his rotational power, ankle stability and overall strength too. There's a focus on making sure the sessions are fun and engaging for him as well and he's responding brilliantly. Coen is super great to work with, the only downside is he's a Chelsea fan 👎😄

Super happy to lend some support to Ross Chinery who is running the London marathon in October with a fundraising Bootcamp session.

It’s £10 per person to get involved and every penny goes to St Helena’s Hospice Colchester.
