in in order to do the Level 4 back pain course, which led to my training in other courses such as: standing pilates, older adult pilates (covering strokes, Parkinsons disease, arthritis, knee, hip, shoulder replacements etc), pilates in breast cancer rehabilitation and many more to come! I am a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, this means that my knowledge is up-to-date with continued professional development points (CPD). I am known for using many props in my classes, including blocks, pillows, chi balls, triad balls, swiss balls, magic circles, weighted toning balls, bands and foam rollers, these can help with a lot of the exercises and progression.
