A huge well done to Andy for taking on the Guernsey’s Tower to Tower 13K in support of the Guernsey Alzheimer Association. This was Andy’s first 13K, and he did brilliantly! 💪

Well done to everyone who came along to our 3k–5k run this morning! Great effort from everyone, and Jacs made sure we got our stretches done properly. A big thank you to Jacs for leading! 👏

It’s unfortunate to see that evenings are getting darker. From next Tuesday, we probably will need to start wearing our running lights again.
