Tuesday Evening Social Run from Highwoods 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Well done to everyone who came along this evening! We even managed to enjoy some sunshine despite the heavy rain earlier in the afternoon. 👏🏻

**Runner of the month for April 2026**

In April we want to give a mention to all of those Boxted Runners that trained through winter to be marathon ready.
You all did yourselves and the club very proud !!!

The runner of the month accolade goes to Ryan for a truly superb sub 3 hour marathon at his first attempt - 2hrs 56 mins for those that missed it !!!

A great runner, LiRF, person and an asset to the club.

Well done to you and all Boxted Runners that stepped up to the marathon start line in April.

What a beautiful Sunday morning for our Social Run! ☀️ 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We had a fantastic turnout in our 5k, 10k Relaxed, 10k Under 1 Hour, and 10-Mile runners. 👏🏻
A great effort from everyone this morning, with lots of miles covered and smiles along the way. 😁

Wiljo & Isabel's family have been doing 31 miles in May in support of the BOWELBABE FUND.
To set herself an extra challenge Isabel is doing 31km tomorrow and Wiljo is joining her for 13.5k. The furthest Isabel had previously done is 22km.

Isabel is running from Ipswich to Great Finborough by trail! 🌞
We're all super proud of you both and hope it's not too 🥵 for you tomorrow.

Saturday 3k-5k Run in Boxted

Well done to everyone who came along to our social run this morning. It was a hot one, but spirits were high throughout!

Great effort from everyone, and it was fantastic to see so many people out enjoying the run. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

As it’s Saturday, that also means parkrun day! 🌳 Well done to everyone who walked, jogged, ran, or volunteered this morning. 👏🏻

🧁 Boxted 10K Bakers still needed 🧁

Hi all,

With just over two weeks until the Boxted 10K, we are still looking for people to bake and donate sweet treats for the runners and their families and friends to raise much needed funds on the day!

If you can help, please let Caroline B. know the type of cake, so we avoid too much duplication and an ingredients list.

Thursday Social Run and Intervals 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Well done everyone who joined our 5k/10k morning social run today. The weather was still very warm, but the energy from everyone stayed high! Huge thank you to Gillian and Norman for leading the runs👏

Our intervals session at Northern Gateway was also very well attended tonight. Great effort from everyone putting the work in! Thank you to Kit for leading the session and to Dave for the warm down stretches afterwards. 👍
