Here’s what each session is about:
Team Training 💪🏼
A strength focused session, a bit like group personal training. Structured training with coaching to help you build strength, confidence and proper technique.
Legs, Bums & Tums (IT’S BACKKKK) 🍑
A bodyweight class focusing on glutes, legs and core. Simple exercises that work and leave you feeling it the next day.
Cardio Club 💃
An aerobics / dance style class designed to get you moving, sweating and smiling. Great for fitness and a fun way to burn calories.
Kettlebells & Bands 🔥
A strength and conditioning class using kettlebells and resistance bands to build strength and improve fitness.
Body Blast 💥
A circuit training class using lots of different equipment and cardio stations. Expect variety, a good sweat and a full body workout.
BoxFit 🥊
Boxing style, no contact, fitness training using pads, gloves and conditioning exercises. Brilliant for fitness, stress relief and confidence.
Powerbar 🏋️♀️
A barbell strength class similar to Body Pump. High reps, full body strength work and a serious burn.
