How CONSISTENT are you!

The more consistent you are with all of these factors the better your results will be.

Get into a routine with your training be consistent don’t make excuses and make sure your always pushing yourself

Track your food and don’t fall off the wagon just because you have had a hard day or you can’t be bothered to cook don’t make excuses

Get enough sleep aim for 7/8 hours a night

Keep hydrated aim for 2L a day

Don’t start Monday ‘RIGHT’ and day by day for the rest of the week gradualy get worse. So you hit the weekend completely off the rails and make yourself feel better by saying……

‘Don’t worry ill start again Monday’ 😬
