Over the summer holidays, we held some fun swim sessions in aid of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance — and together, we raised an amazing £330! 🎉💙

A huge thank you to everyone who took part. It means so much to us that you chose to spend part of your summer at our pool, but even more so that you helped us raise money for such an incredible charity.

As with every year, Wendy & Karen have been busy working behind the scenes, making sure every swimmer who is starting school this year has a place in our after-school classes.

It’s a huge task and something we put a lot of time, care and planning into to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

If you’re considering starting swimming lessons from an early age, we recommend starting with our adult & child classes. Not only does this help your little swimmer build confidence in the water, but it also secures their space for when they move into after-school lessons — and for all their future swimming lessons with us.

With the end of term slowly approaching, we usually give out certificates to our swimmers for all their hard work…

We thought it was a good time to remind you that the viewing area at Britannia Pool has AIR CONDITIONING!

So if you fancy 30 minutes out of the heat… and a break from being asked for an ice cream every 5 minutes 😂🍦 book them in for a swimming lesson with us!

You get some peace and quiet, they get to swim. Win-win! 💙
