Come and join me for Pilates - moving gently - strengthening the muscles - aligning the spine - learning balance control - gaining mobility and stability in the joints.
Pilates is not an easy class - do not be fooled - but it does help relax the body and gently help you with muscle and joint pain. Pilates helps calm the sympathetic nervous system which allows the body to feel calm and rested after a Pilates workout.
I am so so excited to be up and running and able to bring Pilates to everyone.
