I am beyond impressed with the focus in you all. Even when the heart rates were soaring, you all kept your composure and made sure your form was on point with every single move. That’s how we get results without the injuries! 💪🏼

We didn’t come here to play this morning! We hit the ground running with that warmup, and by track two, the heart rates were already soaring.

To everyone who was fighting for their lives during that final cardio track: you are absolute legends.

Happy Friday!!

It wasn’t long before our bodies were defrosted and our muscles were pumping some serious reps.

The music was a massive distraction today, cracking tunes to keep our minds off of the intense work out. That sprint track was strategically placed, to test our stamina and proved to ourselves we can dig that much deeper 💪🏼
