Spring Lane Tennis Club held a fundraiser for the Venezuelan Earthquake Fund on Saturday 4th July.
Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts, to every single person who was part of our tennis fundraising event.
To everyone who came in person thank you for your time, energy, smiles, and support, you truly made the day so special. To those who supported from afar donating, sharing, and sending love, you were with us every step of the way. To everyone who contributed in any way, whether through the raffle, baking, prizes, or simply helping things run smoothly, thank you, every single gesture mattered. 🫶🙏🏻🇻🇪
A special thank you as well to those who have given us supplies to be sent to the most affected areas in Venezuela, we have already taken the first round of donations to London and will continue delivering everything you generously give us to collection centres so it can reach those who need it most.
This wasn’t just a tennis fundraiser, it was a beautiful reminder of what community looks like when people come together with kindness and purpose. Thanks to all of you, we have raised over £3,000 so far, and what we have achieved together is truly special, every single contribution helps, no matter the size. We are so grateful for it all. We hope to continue creating more community activities and initiatives, as ongoing support and recovery is still very much needed.
