It's our birthday this week! I have been lucky enough to share yoga in Tiptree for two years now and have met so many amazing people. Many of whom have been with us since the beginning.

This week: A practice of gratitude. An energetic, flowing yoga practice joining the body, breath and soul in heart opening poses to appreciate all that we have.
