✨Summer Solstice Sound Bath with Kerry & Lily ☀️

Next Tuesday evening (16 June, 8:15-9:15pm), Kerry and I are holding a special sound healing event to mark the summer solstice 🌅

Along with a deeply immersive sound bath - featuring crystal singing bowls, ocean and shamanic drums, koshi chimes and more - the session will also include yoga nidra (a guided relaxation with no movement involved), a summer visualisation meditation and intention setting for the summer ahead 🌄

We will also be providing essential oils, bolsters, lavender eye pillows and cosy blankets ✨

A Soundbath is essentially a deep tissue massage for the nervous system and energy centres. The vibrations and sounds guide the body into a state of harmony.
Each of the seven singing bowls used is tuned to a specific note representing one of the seven chakras-from the Root to the Crown. Everything is energy and energy is vibration. Everything in the body vibrates, even your cells. These vibrations interact with body’s seven energy centres to encourage the chakras to realign to their natural and balanced state by clearing blockages, reducing stress and restoring balance. You will be guided through the chakras and maybe visualise the colours associated with each chakras. One or more of the chakras may resonate with you providing insight for potential inner work.
