11.00 - L shape touch drill working on creating a yard off an opponents recieving the ball on the back foot, body shape and passing

-Footwork and agility drill

-small fitness drill again passing, receiving on half turn with an element of fitness of while carrying the ball through the middle third of the pitch

6.30 to 7.30

Rotational.1 2 1 coaching and small group sessions included too

Set up for the first small group/personal session then onto team training at 6.30pm
