Summer is coming... are you wondering if archery could be for you?

We will be running 2 courses over the next few months aimed at those thinking of taking up archery as a hobby or sport.
#1 = 21st May to 11th June, 10.00 - 12.30
#2 = 25th June to 16th July, 10.00 - 12.30

We can also arrange single sessions as a 'have a go' if preferred.

Team GB haven’t won an archery medal since 2004, but three young athletes are hoping to change that.

So who is interested in learning about archery?
Well it has been a long time since we were able to shoot. I am pleased to say we are back and good to go. Our members start shooting as of today and we are just putting together the risk assessment and safe practices to enable us to start taking on new archers. I hope to start an 'Introduction to Archery' course on Saturday mornings 10 until 12, starting on the April 17th. We will only be able to run a limited number targets, one per family/bubble/ individual. It will be first come, first served with a follow up course in late May, if the response is greater than we can manage initially.

An interesting morning shoot Paula right handed shooting left handed and Keith left handed shooting right handed. I'm not say it was a waste of time putting the bosses out but the field is well aerated.
