Cockermouth Titans U9s vs Glasson Rangers U9s 🏉
The final game of the season for our Under 9s saw the Titans take on Glasson Rangers in another great contest.
It was a really even game from start to finish, with both sides showing plenty of determination. There were some big runs, big hits and some fantastic defensive efforts from both teams. Defence was certainly the key, with both sides working hard for each other and refusing to give up.
As coaches, we can really see just how much the Titans have improved throughout the season. The boys and girls are starting to mature into proper little rugby league players, understanding the game more, working together and showing more confidence every week.
The coaching team have been hugely impressed with the attitude, commitment and effort the players have put in all year. They have continued to turn up, work hard and improve, and they should all be extremely proud of what they have achieved.
A massive thank you, as always, to all the parents for their continued support — travelling to games, getting the kids to training week in and week out, and supporting them from the sidelines. It really does make a huge difference. 👏
And just like that, the Under 9s season comes to a close.
Now it’s time to rest, regroup and come back ready for the next challenge as Under 10s! 💪🏉
