A full day of training designed to maximise your fitness and push you to new levels, if you want a new fitness boost and a kick start in motivating yourself then this is the training day for you. Shuttle running Circuits Core work Team games Obsticle course and many more.. A full body composition will be performed prior to training commencing, fitness testing and running

techniques will also be advised upon. as well as nutritional advice throughout the day as well as how to maximise your training. Lunch and Healthy snacks will be provided. Dates currently available are;

Party Season Traniing weekend - 2 1/2 day training
November 18 - 20th
