Lifestyle and Shapers is a family run fitness centre in Cockermouth, providing excellent training facilities and free weights, sunbeds, toning tables and a sauna (free for members of the gym). With a long running history in the town (25 years), a strong family spirit and excellent ties within the community we pride ourselves on our unique friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service/satisfac

tion. With no inductions or joining fees we are unlike most fitness centres and we like to think we can tailor our memberships to you.

Our new medals for the Santa Dash 2023 have landed and how cool are they?!

Join us in Workington on Sunday 3rd December for:

Thank you so much to our fantastic staff & wonderful customers - it's been an amazing 3 decades of our family's life.
We are overwhelmed by the love, kindness & support you have given us through many tough times & especially in recent days.
To say yesterday was emotional would be a massive understatement - a huge part of our family life has come to an end.
Thank you for everything, it will take some time to sink in, but we hope you enjoyed it all as much as we did.
