Hello,
Firstly thank you very much for your support over the last 7 weeks!
Secondly, there will be NO sessions this week, if you’re in a group please pass this on to the other members of your group.

From next week onwards I will only be working for 4 more weeks on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as other football commitments are restarting.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be in Cockermouth and Wednesdays I will be in Workington. All sessions must be booked online and paid upfront online. Please note all prices are for the whole block and the group session price is for the whole group not per player. Group sessions can now take up to 6 people.

⚽️ 1-2-1 ⚽️ Small Group sessions ⚽️

I’m happy to confirm, beginning Friday June 5th I will be offering limited 1-2-1 and Small Group Sessions.

Sessions will be designed professionally and tailored to the individuals taking part in the sessions.

Sessions will be primarily based around the technical aspect of the game, looking to improve first touch, ball mastery, passing and finishing.

The maximum that will currently be allowed to attend a session is a group of 4.

1-1 sessions: 30 minutes long £15 per session

Group sessions: 45 minutes long £30 per session

Prior to the first session, a consent form and information sheet will be sent out to ensure the correct procedures are understood and followed by all parties.

All sessions will follow these Covid-19 Guidelines:

- 2 Metre Social Distance measures at all times

- All Equipment will be sanitised before and after each session

- When delivering sessions I will be wearing Latex Gloves at all times

Thanks to all parents and children for the wonderful support over the last 3 years. I now move on and take all work over to Reds In The Community heading up all Allerdale programmes. I will be personally running and coaching the reds little kicks, skills sessions and camps in the cockermouth area. Please like the page to stay up to date with sessions and camps. Spaces are limited and booking is essential so please book on to the popular little kicks and evening sessions!
