So after advertising this a couple of weeks back and receiving a string of abusive responses on a local page, I've decided to still continue with it.

So after advertising this a couple of weeks back and receiving a string of abusive responses on a local page, I've decided to still continue with it.

These are just a few examples of the 'barriers' to self improvement people have.

Can you imagine substituting just a fraction of that in exchange for improved fitness, better mental health, and just feeling so much better all round.
Having more energy, not having to hide behind the coffee stand when your kid asks you to take part in school sports day, and feeling far more confident in all aspects of life.

Imagine going into the new year not interested in new years resolutions because you've already gotten well ahead in your goals.
Not in the position where you 'can't wait till the holidays' because your making progress and seeing the results you want towards your health, career, relationship goals and now actually liking the place you are moving towards.
Little straightforward habit changes are the key.
You are always either one step away from going forwards or backwards and all it takes is the right decisions and tiny steps to make massive changes.

Yesterday was in one stormer/downer of a mood. Reason not really important but was far from happy.
Went to the gym and a couole of sets in was starting to turn, by the end of the session was in a totally different place and perked right up.

It's about finding what your strengths, issues and weaknesses are!
It's finding what makes you tick and then exploiting that strengths!
Finding your limiting beliefs and addressing them.
Most will find its their mind thats held them back before their body 9 times out if 10.

We are looking for 2 individuals to take part in a personal development, health and fitness programme.

This is completely free.

East Lothian based but will be online so location not important.

This is not a like a 'like, share and win post (nit a competition) all you need to do is drop a pm stating why it should be you, and we will pick 2 people to take part.
