When I became a dad I soon realised that finding the time to exercise and train like I used to wasnāt as simple as Iāve been doing and also teaching!
It also made me appreciate how exercising benefits us mentally not just physically!
Itās important that as parents we do find the time to keep active! Itās doesnāt mean training for hours! It could just be for 10,15,20mins at a time or trying your best to go for more daily walks!
