Well it only took me 20 years but I am very excited to say that, at long last my borderline yoga obsession has led me to qualify as a Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher 😊With huge thanks to and the ever inspiring for this amazing start to my yoga learning and teaching journey 🙏💕 It has been hard work, but so so worth it.
Thank you also to you yoga teachers out there who have and continue to inspire me including and so many more ...

Who doesn’t want to build strength, core, balance, posture & flexibility ? My fun fusion class is a non-impact mat pilates class which also blends moves, exercises and postures from yoga, barre and ballet technique. No previous yoga or dance experience required! Pilates ball and theraband/loop are optional but not essential😊
