🔴⚫️ CRAFC GALACTICOS FESTIVAL RECAP⚫️🔴
The Galacticos took over in the afternoon and produced plenty of quality moments of their own.
There was some determined defending, some excellent passages of passing football and some really good movement that created opportunities across the pitch.
The boys showed great character throughout the afternoon. We didn’t have everything our own way and there are definitely moments we’ll look back on and learn from, but that’s football. Every game, every festival and every challenge is an opportunity to improve.
Across the squad there was effort, commitment and a willingness to keep playing, even when things weren’t always going our way.
A special mention also to our goalkeepers, who produced some fantastic saves throughout the afternoon. Goalkeeping can be one of the toughest jobs on the pitch — often you can go long periods with very little to do before suddenly being called upon to make a big save. The bravery shown when coming for the ball, the concentration throughout and the saves made at key moments gave confidence to the players in front and helped keep the team competitive throughout the festival. Well done and keep working hard. 🧤🔴⚫️
What impressed most was the attitude shown by the players. They kept supporting each other, kept working hard and continued trying to play football the right way.
Keep smiling, keep working and keep supporting each other. The improvements are there for everyone to see and the future is bright. 🔴⚫️💪
