Well, today I set a new PB for distance ran! I always knew this London marathon in Oct was going to be tough but preparation has been hard particularly as I’m carrying an injury! However, what I do believe is that if you commit and dedicate yourself to a challenge and condition your body and mind properly then anything is possible. So hopefully on 3rd Oct this year I will achieve something very special. 🤞🏼🙏🏼😃

A while since I’ve posted anything! Not been physically idle, just lazy with regards updating this page! Great friendly zoom spin with some clients earlier! What a sweat and calorie burn…feel amazing…hope they do too!! 😜 Only thing is I think I grew a set of horns during the class!!! 😂 Well done Donna Campbell, Jim Rankine & Stephanie Provan! 👏🏼

New workout to try available on the New Age Fitness app! 🥊😉

Hey everyone! New class just uploaded to our New Age Fitness app - and it's a Home Thump class from Dougie at our Coatbridge gym which can be done in pairs with a partner or shadow boxing :D

This is a class based around the principles of functional fitness training and its adaption to professional boxing training. This type of training allows the experience of a total body workout with all the fun and excitement of boxing combinations and cardio routines.

Been carrying a few injuries recently but first upper body weights session completed in a long time this morning! Felt good to get something done as I can’t run just now despite having Alloa half marathon in under 3 weeks and London Marathon in less than 7 weeks (if it goes ahead!!). Life is full of challenges…never give up! 💪🏼
