My Journey from 2680LBs to 210Lbs.

20 stone to 15 stone

Sorry for the long story but anyone in the same boat may be able to help someone move forward

In 2020 during the pandemic I tore my bicep wrestling ( if you look close you can see the nice scar on my left arm or scroll to the left to see more photos ) I was sitting around 17.7 stone when I got hurt

I couldn’t do anything for months even walking was hard. The gyms where shut, I was still working through the pandemic all I could do was work then same as everyone you couldn’t do anything but eat I couldn’t train etc and ballooned up to 20 plus stone.

Once I got the all clear and started to train again I dropped 20 lbs quite fast then I introduced carbon app into my life style and got my nutrition consistent, I never done anything crazy no fade pish just consistently in a deficient I always trained hard before the injury getting the diet on point took me to that next level.

During the injury I struggled mentally and I wanted to share this story for anyone who may be going through something similar, please reach out stay positive and keep moving forward, I had a lot of help from a physio called Jonny at the NHS if he’s on her drop him a tag for me please.

Moving into 2024 my goals are to try to put some size on with minimum fat.

In 2024 set yourself one main goal and focus on it to the end if it’s to drop fat focus on that if it’s to build muscle focus on that stop trying to chase two rabbits at one time get a goal stick to it stay consistent and stay away from fad s**t and if I can help you drop me a message 💪💪
