Another brilliant term of CrossFit Kids done and dusted and what a term it’s been!

Over the last few weeks our kids have learnt how to pull-up, deadlift, row and squat… all whilst building confidence, making friends and having loads of fun along the way. 💪

Our summer term kicks off on Tuesday and we’d love to welcome some new faces into the crew!

Soften, listen inwards, and give yourself time to rest 💕

If you’re running on empty, overwhelmed with work, family, responsibilities, or struggling to switch off a busy mind… let me guide you into a state of calm 😌

Rest and Relax Yoga is a monthly class and takes place this Sunday, 7-8.15pm.

You’ll settle onto a mat on the floor with your blankets and pillows for comfort, and my gentle voice will help you begin to relax. You’ll move into poses supported by a squishy bolster, each for 5-10 minutes- there is no deep stretching here. This is not about fitness or strength. It’s about softness. It’s about stillness. It’s about letting your body and mind recover.

Each pose will help your body to feel more open, and you’ll let go of tension you didn’t even realise you were holding.

I’ll guide you into deeper rest with yoga nidra, an ancient practise that encourages your nervous system from fight or flight into total calm.
