Sox Pistols We are a Roller Derby team! We train every Monday in Whitwick, anyone is welcome to train with us as long as you're 18+. Please message for further details.

Our team aims are to:
• To encourage people to play sport and get fit.
• To build a community where people feel included and valued
• To offer a fun, supportive and inclusive environment for all abilities. Dont know what roller derby is? Its fun, fast, addictive and a great way to get fit and meet new friends! The basic rules- Two teams of 14 play on roller skates on a flat oval track. They each field 5 players per team for each 2 minute count down jam. One player per team wears a star on their helmet, they scores the points! Points are scored for every opponent they pass. Its full contact, but saftey is a key priority, players must wear protective pads and a helmet. Please sign up if you want to support this venture or you're keen to play!
