Ballet students regularly spend one to three (even four) years at the same class level before moving on. This is 100% normal, and we dance teachers do not expect dancers to spend only one year in a level. There are numerous concepts and vocabulary steps that dancers need to master within each level. Allow students the time to work through them and grow!

⚠️ Path closure from 17 August ⛔

Essential works will be taking place at the Engineering Workshop in our park from Monday 17 August 🛠️.

The works on the brickwork structure will mean that that the cycle and footpath will be temporarily closed for safety reasons.

We’re asking visitors to bear with us while to work takes place and follow on-site signs to access the diverted route ➡️

With the hot weather still in full force, we anticipate the work will be completed by Tuesday 25 August.

Visitors to the Grounds Cafe Snibston, park, The Century Theatre or studio will still be able to access Snibston Colliery Park from the main entrance on Ashby Road (pictured below).
