Welcome back to Craig who used to train with us. He took a little break and is now getting back into it. And took also part in sparring💪🏼Well done

Our sparring squad is building up slowly with hope to see them compete at the end of the year at the Peterborough Tri series ‼️

Grading in full swing last night. Very proud of how everyone shown up and gave their all. Results will be available soon🥊

A big welcome to our youngest new starter Grayson who came and smashed his trial session. Looking forward to seeing the progression over the next few months 😁

2nd sparring session last night. Few had their first ever sparring session and smashed it as always. Sparring sessions will soon become more technical as we start looking at drills and working on controlling our legs more 👍🏼
