Introducing Matty - 12 weeks work 🔨

Matty began working with myself in January after sitting on the fence for MONTHS

The goal here was to build a large amount of muscle, in that time frame so much more has changed that just the physical aspect

Straight off the bat, we addressed the bad habits that were holding him back and replaced them in the first week and got his routine back into order

Matty hasn’t skipped any sessions, check ins and follows everything asked to a high standard which has reflected in the gym and every other area of his life

Gym anxiety = Gone✅
Most confident he’s been in his life✅
Clothes fitting better✅

Looking and feeling the best he’s felt in years 📈

What a day and what a journey John and I have been on together. John has been my client for over 18 months, started as a client that wanted more for himself that has turned into a friendship💙

14 weeks John has worked his socks off, made sacrifices and some difficult choices along the way because of the process that was put in front of him but he got stuck in and today was worth every bit of sacrifice.

I genuinely couldn’t be any prouder of happier of him, some well deserved treats after that graft which is throughly deserved!

Shout out to my guy for today and his expertise - appreciate you brother!

10 week Priming Phase ticked off for my client Louis 🔥

Louis went from no training experience to feeling confident enough to train in any gym within the last 10 weeks

Initially he reached out wanting to build muscle and improve his overall physique, after telling him we needed to create a blank canvas to build from he got locked in and follows the plan

Louis put trust in the process and the results paid off not long after - insane work!

Now the most confident and in shape Louis has ever been.
