‘You can target fat loss in a specific area’

One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness ⬇️

Your body loses fat as a whole not from one specific area at a time. Doing hundreds of crunches won’t magically burn belly fat, just like endless leg exercises won’t specifically slim your thighs.

You CAN build and strengthen certain muscles, but fat loss comes from creating the right overall routine with training, nutrition, and consistency 💪🏼

​Monday (18:30–19:30) | Cardio Chaos 🌪️
We’re turning up the heat. High heart rates, maximum calorie burn, and that “good” kind of exhaustion.

​Friday (18:30–19:30) | Lifting Legends 🏋️
Leave the ego at the door. We’re mastering technique, stacking strength, and sculpting a body that performs as good as it looks.

Please join me in congratulating Gemma for becoming HubFitness’ Beginner’s Queen of the Hub 2025!!!

Event 1 - Pressing Medley (35kg Log, 40kg Axel and 20kg Dumbbell): 3rd Place - 21.89 seconds
Event 2 - 3 x Sandbag to Shoulder into Husafel Sandbag for Max Distance (30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 50kg): 1st Place - 113.62m
Event 3 - Throwing Sandbag (10kg): 3 Place - 4.32m
Event 4 - 3 x Farmer’s Pick Ups into 20m Farmer’s Carry (50kg per hand): 2nd Place - 13.95 seconds

1st competition and a 1st Place Overall for Gemma. She was very nervous going into this but her strong mentality and unwavering determination throughout training pulled her through to an amazing result. I could not more proud of you Gemma.
