☀️ Post School-Run Sessions (9:30am):
• Wednesday – Group PT
• Thursday – Full Body Circuits
• Friday – Strength & Conditioning

🌙 Evening Classes:
• Monday 6:00pm – Lower Body
• Wednesday 7:00pm – Upper Body
• Thursday 6:00pm – Strength & Conditioning

💪 Weekend:
• Saturday 9:00am – Strength & Conditioning

💸 PAY-AS-YOU-GO OPTIONS:

If you know me you'll know I LOVE a back sesh, and me and Lat pulldowns have a thing. 60kgs x8 with TUT, K then 🤝.

Feeling and looking the strongest I've been since late August last year when life decided to put me on my ass when my daughter was suddenly diagnosed with leukaemia

Just as I got back on my feet my Dad suddenly died and I was once again wiped out with the weight of the load I was dealt.

This is NOT a woe me pity party post, it's a watch me get back on my feet and take my power back kinda post, and it feels good to come back stronger despite everything!

I've got 8 months to work on prepping for my next photoshoot and I'm gonna toot my own horn and say if this is how things are looking already, ima smash the absolute s**z outta it in December 😌.

Cocky, nope! Confident, YES! The devil couldn't reach me so he tried to f**k me over multiple times and I got up every time ready to show him who the REAL female boss is 💅.

A lil snippet of some of yesterday's upper push and core session that I filmed in the studio.

It was meant to be leg day but I twisted my knee the day before and it wasn't liking certain movements so we adapted and did a higher reps with lower weights chest, triceps and ab sesh to keep the knee safe and make sure I don't overload the top as I work on balancing my physique.

Life is full of challenges, but when there's goals to be got we don't quit we just adapt and overcome!

2025 began as 1 of the biggest years of my life. The 1st 6 months were filled with incredible milestones preparing for my 1st ever photoshoot, pushing myself physically & mentally, while also extending, renovating, and transforming Finesse Fit-Camp into the space I'd always dreamed of. It felt like everything was finally coming together. But from the end of August, life changed in an instant.

Just as the studio opened in its newest form, our world was turned upside down when my daughter Sofia was suddenly diagnosed with leukaemia. Everything stopped. For 3 months, we lived in the hospital, and life as we knew it changed overnight. Training stopped, work took a back seat, and survival mode kicked in. During that time, Erin my right-hand woman stepped in and kept the studio going when I simply couldn’t. I truly believe the universe brought us together, and I will forever be grateful for everything she's done and continues to do for Finesse Fit-Camp.

Just as we were beginning to find our feet again, life threw another devastating blow when my dad passed away suddenly on Hogmanay. To say the last year has been heavy would be an understatement. But here’s the thing, I’m no stranger to carrying heavy things. I lift them every day. And I’ve survived more trauma in life than many people ever will.

Instead of letting life keep me down, I’m choosing to rise again. With Sofia beginning to stabilise with treatment, although we still have 17 months before she reaches the end I’ve realised something important. My goals don’t need to disappear just because life is that bit harder. So I’ve decided to do another photoshoot. Not for anyone else, for me, to give myself something positive to work towards despite life being more challenging. A reminder that even when life throws the unimaginable at you, you can still rebuild, refocus, and move forward. I just turned 44, and I’m calling this prep, Soar at 44 ✨

The time I spend prepping for this photoshoot is about rebuilding strength, reclaiming my power, and proving to myself that no setback no matter how painful gets to define the rest of my story 💪.

At Finesse Fit-Camp, we take our clients requests very seriously 😌

With lots of new members joining the Finesse family recently and some of our long-time clients having changes in their schedules, we’ve had quite a few people asking about adding in additional days and times to train.

So… we’re opening up some new availability for school run friendly sessions (Mon the Maws 🙌)

Over the next couple of weeks we’ll be launching pilot sessions for the following times:

Wednesday – 9:30am
💪 Small Group PT - £12 PayG

Thursday – 9:30am
🔥 Circuits - £6.50 PayG

Friday – 9:30am
🏋️ Strength & Conditioning - £8.50 PayG

Our goal is to add these on to the full FitC5amp schedule long term, and your support liking, sharing and booking will help make that happen.

We’ll have:
✔ Weekly options
✔ Four-weekly options
✔ Flexi deals available so you can mix and match with other sessions we have in the studio.

You can also add these sessions into your current package if the times work better for you once we add them in as a regular part of our schedule 💪

We’re really looking forward to getting these started and bringing even more good vibes, banter and challenging sessions in the studio ✨️

A lil early Merry Xmas from Finesse Fit-Camp 🎄

Just a wee note before we properly switch off.
You don’t need to be “good” over Christmas.
You don’t need to stay on track and tick boxes.
And you don’t need to feel bad if you dont do any.

If you need to slow your life down, that’s OK.
If food, rest, family time, and doing less is what you need, lean into it, and do all of this and enjoy.
And if keeping in a bit more of a routine helps you feel more grounded, then that’s also OK to do this.

There’s no pressure here either way.
You don't need to earn rest or food.
You do you, and what's best for you.

Thank you for being part of Finesse Fit-Camp, whether you train with us, follow our socials, or quietly take something positive from being a part of this space.
