Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for your support with me starting this new chapter!

Currently I'm working out of First Tee Fitness, a Private Gym based in Clydebank. I am looking at taking one a couple new clients for 1-1 sessions 💪

Alright team,

As most of you probably won't know I'm a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and have just completed my BSc in Sport and Exercise.

With all thats going on in the world right now it is especially important to look after both our mental and physical wellbeing🧠
