INCLINE CHEST PRESS | FLEX LEVERAGE STYLE

They don’t make them like they used to.

Most ( but not all ) modern equipment manufacturers don’t build machines with biomechanics in mind these days.

Some old school pieces now are like gold dust and it’s such a shame, they were built with better materials and made to move with the human body.

We’ll try bring this proper old school chest press back to life when it lands here at UNIT 101.

Shoutout to all our gymbros and girls we haven’t forgotten about you.

There has been a big push over the last couple of months with regard to our new functional space ( the biggest dedicated functional training space in the area 💁🏻‍♂️ )

But resistance training is the gyms bread and butter and it’s what UNIT 101 was built on.

We’ll continue to improve this section of the facility just as we always have 💪🏻
