Troops it’s mad to say but the beginning of this year my life wasn’t the best.

Fast forward 8 months and I’m living my best life and have the best people around me.

On that note also I’ve got availability there for the gym also I’m now freeing up more space and making more availability as I have more time on my hands to spare.

If anyone’s interested in a 6am session let me know! As well as a morning slot for weekends from 8am-12pm!

More deals running for personal training, i have 1-1 PT going and offering two sessions a week for £150 and this comes with a diet plan and a workout plan with my own App, which contains accountability and tracking to keep you on the ball.

I also have my own personal photographer and videographer so there is the best possible advantages to my business.

Troops, we have availability for personal training, comes with my own personalised App, accountability weekly check ins as well as constructed workout plans.

The plans will have videos eventually, just takes time, however if your really keen on getting a push for this please let me know ASAP, as I’m busier than normal so with more online clients will look to pick up more in person for the gym.
