SPRING TIME SUCCESS 🎣🎣🎣
so with only 6 weeks left to catch my target fish i decided to put some real effort in to catch it as the ticket was almost up and new pastures on the horizon. needless to say what unfolded in the next 3 sessions was totally unexpected . the previous year's catch reports told me this was the time of year I stood my best chance to get the one I wanted.

I managed to get in the same swim each time 3 rods on the spot 18 wraps solid bags corn plex toppers as hookbait on a blowback rig . bags filled with MAD Baits p fish pellet .
scaled pellet and sweetcorn was spodded out regularly to the spot to keep the bites coming and the action rapid.
and last sat evening everything came to a head when I landed the common id been after for 2 years it topped the brace of 50s id had the week before in session 2 which also included the long common at 40lb and ounces. 35 bites 31 landed that session 😲😲.
