What a morning at our first in-house competition of the year.

With just 2 points separating the top two teams, the competition came right down to the final workout. Everything was still to play for heading into WOD 3!

A huge thank you to every athlete who took part. We appreciate the effort, energy and support as we continue to challenge people to step outside their comfort zones and push their limits!

A special thank you to all of our volunteers who helped with set-up, judging, scoring, clean-up and everything in between.

Our next strength block is built around:
⚫️ Fundamentals
⚫️ Positioning
⚫️ Tempo Work
⚫️ Better Movement
⚫️ Cleaner Technique

The goal isn't to lift heavier, it's to lift better!

Barbell work will become more controlled and technique-driven, while accessory strength, chin-ups, push-ups will stay strong and challenging.

We build the base properly so the next heavy phase works even better.

We’ve just finished our first 4 weeks of Elevate Run Club and we’ve been lucky with the weather too β˜€οΈ Some brilliant mornings, good chats and a great way to start the day.

The group has been mixed ability throughout and that’s exactly what it’s about - no pressure, just getting out, moving and building fitness together.

⏱️ 40–50 minutes
πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Approx. 4.5–6km easy paced

We also include optional running blocks for anyone who wants a bit more structure, while still keeping it relaxed and inclusive for everyone.

Next week we’re going to finish this block with a round of circuits at 6:15AM πŸ’ͺ
