Just a reminder that there is no Boot Camp sessions this Friday morning (at DW), Friday evening (at Minster) or Tuesday morning (at DW).

Still on as usual tonight (Minster) and tomorrow morning (DW) and as usual from next Wednesday.

How is everyone doing so far with Lent? What have you given up? How many of you are doing our lent challenge and are you still on track so far?

Sooooooo.......Lent starts tomorrow and we have been bouncing around a few ideas for this year's Lent challenge. Last year we did 50 burpees a day for every day through Lent except Sunday's, totalling 2,000 burpees.

This year you have a few options.......

Centrally Smash the Fat is looking to do 40 seconds worth of plank EVERY day through Lent.

Locally we couldn't make our mind up what we wanted to do. We had three ideas, Plank, Press Up ' s and Squats. So in the end we decided to go with all three! So the challenge is 80 seconds worth of Plank, 50 Press Up ' s, 50 Squats. You can go for all 3 or choose one or two of the options.

So who is up for the challenge? :)
