So there you have it, the the no training marathon.

Why?

For charity
To prove a point

Your body can give you more than you think , it's the mind that will stop you!!!

Don't forget your brain is designed to stop you doing anything that is uncertain or scary and can talk you out of it as fast as 5 seconds.

That can be planning a 3k run but 10 minutes later still sat on the sofa.

Override it by taking small steps put your gym gear on, plan a route, then only thing left then is to get s**t done.

Your brain will tell you that your knee feels dodgy or your back is stiff.
F**k that go find out start slow, even stop do some mobility work.
9 time out of 10 there is no pain its just your brain playing tricks.
