Instructing Circuits Training So after many years previously working with animals as a Dog Warden & Animal Health Officer, it is time for a career change. Following my own fitness experience I feel compelled to motivate others to enjoy fitness in the way I have in recent years.
I am passionate about how fitness and nutrition can change lives for the better and am eager to share my enthusiasm in a professional capacity. Since returning from a year sabbatical, travelling the world, I have embraced fitness in a way I never imagined. In 2016 I trained for a multi-challenge event called Superhuman which involved high intensity interval sections and weightlifting challenges. I enjoy group exercise classes and make them enjoyable and accessible for all levels of fitness. I regularly cycle and have had cycling holidays in Holland, South Wales, Italy and Lanzarote. I like to combine my love of fitness with food! I appreciate how closely the two are linked and am keen to look at expanding my knowledge with a further advanced nutrition qualification. SO WHY CHOOSE ME AS YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER? Motivation is by far the biggest reason why people choose to work with a personal trainer. Itโs easy to talk yourself out of going to the gym tonight, but much harder if you have an appointment booked with me. Remember excuses will burn zero calories. When you train I will keep you motivated, but the biggest motivation will be the consistent results you get from training with me. After many years of training and gaining experience , I have the knowledge to know which exercises will work for your body type and get the results you want.
