I work with this lady… a lady who is a rock star! 🙌 When all doctors have just shrugged shoulders and blamed being overweight for everything going wrong, or simply stating, “join a gym”, she found a way and is finding the ball works for pain management, cardio workouts she can feel proud of, and strengthening that is supported to get full range of motion! Thanks for your continued support and being MY life coach from time to time! ###
