Today we worked on the pancake stretch , which is great for improving flexibility, particularly through the inner thighs, hamstrings and hips and lower back. Increasing better range of motion, and overall lower-body mobility.
Well done ladies 🤸👏💕

In yesterday’s class we focused on hip mobility, working through a range of movements to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall movement quality. Great session for releasing tension and creating more freedom around the hips!
