We are a team of 7 ordinary Women doing extra ordinary things.

In 2027 we are attempting to swim The English Channel as a relay team

The day 6k became reality - im swimming coniston end to end in 2 weeks so been on training last few weeks and today was the final big endurance sesh - 2 weeks of tapering and fuelling now - buzzing i swam 6k front crawl no stopping just determination to get there

Fab to return to Spring Valley Lakes and swim with Clearwater Activity Centre.

Fab little training session, missed my team mates at BT6 as they are all away or working but was lush to see BT5 down there, even just having them in before me made me want to train longer tonight so that was fab!

Love this place and so happy it's reopened and looking forward to having the rescheduled NIPPY DIPPERS event in September here!

Meal prepping with using collagen,biome and Creatine. In work next few days so at least I know i will be fuelled and hydrated.
Collagen for hair and skin but also for joints and overall wellness.
Biome for good gut health - helps my IBS and Creatine for muscle repair and recovery after a few long swim sessions and to start this weeks training sessions after work. 👍

A day of food prepping for my next few days in work. Food prep makes sense I know but I dnt always have time and then I make poor nutritional choices so trying to be really good.

Used Ancient + Brave collagen, true biome and creatine. I find it easier to add these into food as sometimes I forget to add them to my drink. So at least i know the next few days i got everything I need. Collagen is good for joint not only hair and skin and generally supports overall health, biome promotes good gut health - having IBS this stuff really helps me and creatine for muscle repair and recovery - i had a few big swims last week. Before bed i take magnesium and omegas to help me sleep.

Biome in the egg mix for my omelettes for brekkie and it helps fluff them up so mix is made ready for next few days.

Tuna salad for lunch, granola and fruit for morning snack with flax seeds, peaches, cottage cheese and protein powder.

Afternoon snack of cottage cheese and sweet potato (this is for 2days).

Just grab and go over next few days and as im training afterwork I will be fuelled ready to go.
