Appreciation post🙌

With all the longer distance swims I have been doing lately and the longer periods spent in the water I started getting cramp after 2 miles. Bluetit 6 Channel Swim Relay Team 2027 were gifted this from KH Holistics, its a magnesium spray. I have been using it on my feet, calfs and shoulders and on my 7mile swim yesterday there was no cramp and I find my muscles are recovering better the next day from heavier sessions. No swim for me today so took myself off for a walk along the canal. Bloody lush it was too. Just over 7km done ✔️
