Weight training sequences suitable for all.
All equipment is provided. Individual stations consisting of a bench and dumbbells selection between 1-30kgs.
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ป BOOTCAMP - Full body workouts with varying formats. High intensity exercise involving individual and Team building formats to tackle the challenge of the workout of the week.
An ideal class for OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) challenge prep to accompany your training building towards events such as Hyrox Deka, Deadly Dozen, Tough Mudder & etc.
๐๐๐ผโโ๏ธCIRCUITS - The staple class of PTP Fitness. Started in 2017 - and I've never used the same layout twice!
A full body strength & conditioning workout covering resistance, cardio, speed, agility stability, balance & core.
Exercises can be tailored for all levels of fitness.
The class format involves You vs Time. 20 circuit stations, each station lasting 35-40 seconds, completing as much volume as you can inside the time. 10seconds recovery then moving straight onto the next station. 3 full circuit loops around the hall, covering 45+minutes of non stop activity.
