Wednesday Lunchtime class is back after a Easter break, at YMCA Hall on Marson Rd Clevedon.

12:30 - 1:15pm this 45minute class will give you the opportunity to take a lunchbreak away from the desk and get moving!

A different workout format every week covering core, cardio and weights.

**Class Timetable Change**

From this coming Monday (13/04/2026), Monday FREEWEIGHTS will now run at
06:15 - 07:00AM.

This class is tailored for all ages and levels. Learning and completing dumbbell combinations with the aim to improve strength and muscular endurance.

All attendees are individually kitted out with their own bench and choice of weights.

First session is Free to try!

Weight training sequences suitable for all.
All equipment is provided. Individual stations consisting of a bench and dumbbells selection between 1-30kgs.

๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป BOOTCAMP - Full body workouts with varying formats. High intensity exercise involving individual and Team building formats to tackle the challenge of the workout of the week.
An ideal class for OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) challenge prep to accompany your training building towards events such as Hyrox Deka, Deadly Dozen, Tough Mudder & etc.

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธCIRCUITS - The staple class of PTP Fitness. Started in 2017 - and I've never used the same layout twice!
A full body strength & conditioning workout covering resistance, cardio, speed, agility stability, balance & core.
Exercises can be tailored for all levels of fitness.
The class format involves You vs Time. 20 circuit stations, each station lasting 35-40 seconds, completing as much volume as you can inside the time. 10seconds recovery then moving straight onto the next station. 3 full circuit loops around the hall, covering 45+minutes of non stop activity.
