- 23 years of BJJ teaching experience
- 5th-degree Black Belt from Lotus Club BJJ (19 years)
- Physical Education & Sports degree (2019)
- Sports psychology post-degree (2019)
- Head referee of the UK Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association (since 2013)

How to book if you are not a member?
- Simply come into reception, ask us when you would like to use it. We will then switch the sauna on so that when it is your time for the booking the sauna is extra hot for you
How to book if you are a member?

- Same rules apply above however you can also pre book via the app, then come into reception,show us your booking & then we will turn the sauna on for you
Once you have booked the room it is yours to use.

Due to the red weather warning from storm Darragh, we have been advised to close for your safety, and mitigating damage to the access system/building we will be shutting the gym at 10pm on Friday 6th December, we plan to reopen midday Saturday 7th December.
