The money raised for Mental Health Swims will go towards

💙 Water safety courses for swim host volunteers

💙 Mental health first aid for swim hosts

💙 Regional swim coaches to make outdoor swimming accessible for all

💙 An online platform to reach a wider audience so that more people can experience the mental health benefits of swimming outdoors with peer support

£1250 ➡️ Paddling pool ice dip 🥶

£1500 ➡️Open water half marathon (5km)

£1750 ➡️Open water marathon (10km)
