I have been established at the Memorial Hall for 35 years after working at local gyms. I am ETM, Zumba, Pilates and Fitsteps qualified and always offer a welcoming, personal experience for all age groups and ability levels. "Fitness and Fun"

We have bingo 12noon, and a great raffle!

Thinking about getting fit and flexible and have fun ? Talk to Rebecca for advice. She has been teaching at the Memorial Hall for 40 years. ‘Use it or lose it’.
The hall is a charitable trust and we are using it for free on Tuesday 1st October 11am-1pm for this event.
