Yogis unite! 🙏 Yesterday we celebrated International Day of Yoga with a very special group class, one of the largest this area has seen!

In fact, we were not far off the world record attendance, which was set at 300 thousand last year in India!!

This year's theme was Healthy Ageing, positioning Yoga as a tool for longevity and mobility, focusing not only on life span but also health span, which is the period of life spent in good health.

Rooted in India's ancient wisdom and embraced across continents, International Day of Yoga is observed on the summer solstice annually.

Those practicing Yoga come not only into the presence of the divine, but unite to bring more friendship and peace into the world.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our very knowledgeable and experienced instructors Justin and Betty for making this event extra special.

For anyone looking to join our community, Justin and Betty teach weekly classes here at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre, welcoming all ages (14+) and abilities. View these via the Lincs Inspire Leisure App.

Our car park is closed to all users except B̲l̲u̲e̲ ̲B̲a̲d̲g̲e̲ ̲H̲o̲l̲d̲e̲r̲s̲ ̲a̲n̲d̲ ̲L̲e̲i̲s̲u̲r̲e̲ ̲C̲e̲n̲t̲r̲e̲ ̲p̲a̲s̲s̲ ̲h̲o̲l̲d̲e̲r̲s̲ from the morning of Wed 24th June, reopening as normal on Monday 29th June. Entry is being managed. As always, please clearly display your permit badge and leave plenty of time for your journey.
