This week's swim session is from our Medley group. It was butterfly day and they repeated the set twice. The easy swim was their choice.

Today our distance group swam their last big session before race day in two weeks. Turn round times were based on 1.30, looking for a constant pace throughout the set. Pull bouy and paddles were optional.
