Claim: The scales tell you everything ⚖️
Truth: The scales tell you ONE thing.

Your weight.
That's it.

The scales can't tell you:

❌ How much muscle you've gained
❌ How much stronger you've become
❌ How much fitter you are
❌ How much healthier you are
❌ How much better your clothes fit

That's why I encourage clients to track:

📸 Progress photos
📏 Measurements
💪 Strength gains
😊 Energy levels
👖 Clothing fit

Now for the uncomfortable truth... 👇🏻🫠

If your goal is fat loss, and:

❌ The scales aren't moving
❌ Your measurements aren't changing
❌ Your clothes aren't fitting differently
..then you're probably not in a calorie deficit.

It might be your hormones making things harder.
It might be your medication making things harder.

BUT none of them can stop fat loss completely.
