Before becoming a mum, I trained mainly for aesthetics.

I wanted to look a certain way. To be leaner. Smaller. More confident in my appearance.

But becoming a mum changed my perspective on fitness completely.

Now, I train for strength.
I train for confidence.
I train for endurance.
I train for resilience.
I train for longevity.

I train so I have the energy to keep up with my family, the strength to carry my child, the confidence to show up fully in my life, and the resilience to navigate every season that comes my way.

Fitness is no longer about shrinking myself.

Itโ€™s about becoming the strongest version of myself โ€” physically and mentally.

Because loving my family means looking after myself too.

And the healthier, stronger, happier I am, the more I can give to the people I love.
